We are based in Mitchelston Industrial Estate in Kirkcaldy, Fife, and we work with everyone from large pub chains down to individual tenants.
How we work
Running a venue means keeping a lot of different equipment working. Pub Giant brings gaming machines, amusement equipment and bar essentials together through one supplier, with installation and ongoing servicing available across the range.
We start with your venue: the space you have, the customers you serve and the equipment you need. Whether you are adding a pool table, updating your machines or equipping the bar, we can talk through the options and put together a suitable package.

The model is deliberately simple. No upfront costs, no tie in, no contracts. The machine goes in, you pay weekly, and everything else is ours to deal with.

Across Scotland
Kirkcaldy is the base, but the vans cover the country. Fife and the Lothians, Glasgow and the west, Tayside, the north east, the Borders and the Highlands.
Engineers are on the road every day, which is the practical reason we stay Scottish rather than trying to cover the whole country badly. A machine that is down on a Friday needs somebody that afternoon, not next week.
Pubs and clubs are not the same
Most suppliers treat them as one market. They are not.
A pub is capped at a £100 jackpot on a category C machine. A members’ club can run a £500 jackpot on a B3A and pays no Machine Games Duty on it. The permits are different, the entitlements are different, and the machines that earn are different.
We work in both, and we will tell you what your venue is actually entitled to before anything is sited
